Pre Classic Alumni Recognition at the 50th Prefontaine Classic

Track & field greats returned to Hayward Field as the 50th Prefontaine Classic celebrated its rich legacy on Saturday, July 5, 2025.

Legends like Bernard Lagat, Maria Mutola, Ashton Eaton, Alan Webb, and many more Pre Classic alumni were honored throughout the meet, paying tribute to the athletes who’ve defined generations of excellence at the world’s best meet.
