2026 YOUTH BUDDIES AT THE PRE CLASSIC

Have you ever wanted to know what it feels like to be a professional athlete? Now is your chance to walk alongside the pros as a Youth Buddy at the 2026 Prefontaine Classic on Saturday, July 4.

TrackTown USA Kids Club members in 1st–8th grade are invited to apply for a chance to be one of the lucky few who will be paired with a professional track & field athlete to accompany them as they make their way onto Hayward Field prior to competing.

Youth Buddies then watch the competition from some of the best seats in the house. If the athlete you are paired with wins the event, you even get to join them for a victory lap around the track!

All Youth Buddies will receive two (2) free tickets so that a parent/guardian can sit with them during the event.

We will do our best to assign Youth Buddies with their preferred event based on the selections made below.

Please note, submitting the registration below does not guarantee you will be chosen to serve as a Youth Buddy. All Youth Buddies will receive a confirmation email from the Strategic Programs team once scheduled.
